Terms

These terms cover adawatchdog.com and goodfaithscan.com, run by Drivesanity LLC ("we"). By using the service you agree to them.

What we do, and what we don't

• We run automated accessibility tests on public web pages, explain what they find, and keep dated records of the results.
• Automated tests find only part of WCAG failures. A clean result does not mean a site is accessible, compliant with any law, or safe from a claim.
• We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice. Nothing we provide is a legal opinion. Talk to an attorney about any letter or lawsuit.
• We do not certify compliance and we never sell overlay widgets.

Using the scanner fairly

Scan sites you own, run, or have permission to test. Don't use the service to overload a site, to get around our limits, or to reach anything that isn't public.

Payments

• Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and handles payment and sales tax.
• The Letter-to-Fix Pack is a one-time payment of $299 and includes 3 months of weekly monitoring.
• Watchdog is $29 a month or $290 a year. Cancel any time from the billing link in your dashboard; monitoring runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

If we can't produce your Letter-to-Fix Pack fix list, for example because our scanner can't reach your site and we can't solve that with you, we refund it in full. If you're unhappy for any other reason, email us within 14 days of paying and we'll put it right or refund you.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the cost of any claim, settlement or legal fees, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
