Privacy

ADA Watchdog is run by Drivesanity LLC. This page says what we collect, why, who else handles it, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

Website addresses you scan, and the results: the pages we opened and the problems found, including short snippets of those pages' code.
Your email address, when you ask for the full list, buy something or sign in, and your name if you give it at checkout.
Demand letters you upload. We read only the technical claims: pages, barriers and WCAG criteria. We do not record the names of individuals or any money amounts from the letter.
A one-way code made from your IP address, to limit how many free scans one visitor can run. We do not store the address itself.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and this site sets no cookies.

Letter files are encrypted when they arrive and deleted after 90 days, unless you choose to keep yours. Letters uploaded without a completed payment are deleted, with everything else about that upload, after 7 days.
What we read from a letter (the barriers, short quotes, the pages it names, its dates and the sending law firm's name) stays with your pack so your dashboard and evidence report keep working. Ask us and we will delete it.
Scan results and evidence reports are kept so your evidence log stays complete. Ask us and we will delete them.
The payment notices Lemon Squeezy sends us include your name and email; we remove those details after 90 days and keep only what we need to know what you paid for.

Lemon Squeezy takes payments as the merchant of record. We never see your card details.
Anthropic reads uploaded letters through its API so we can pull out the technical claims.
Resend sends our emails.
Our hosting and database providers store the data above.

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
